TERMS & CONDITIONS

EXCLUSIVITY: Lindita’s Salsa  is not able to offer exclusivity to our Sales Partners, however we will typically inform existing Sales Partners if a new account is opening in their area.

MINIMUM ORDERS: There is an initial minimum order to ensure that your guests will have a reasonable selection of Lindita’s Salsa product. We require a yearly minimum spend of $xxx

CANCELED ORDERS: Canceled orders will be subject to a 5% restocking fee (minimum $100, whichever is greater). Canceled orders include any order that has been picked and packed, including orders that have not been shipped out yet, or orders that have been refused by the receiver upon delivery.

PROCESSING/SHIPPING: Wholesale orders require 3-5 business days to pack and process, so please take this into account when ordering. Shipping is UPS Ground as it is most economical and takes on average 3-7 business days for delivery.

PAYMENT: To simplify the purchasing process, only credit card payment will be accepted for wholesale orders (Visa and MasterCard).

RETURNS: Lindita’s Salsa does not accept returns on merchandise under any conditions, except for manufacture defects. If you notice an item with a manufacture defect, please contact us immediately and we will send you a Return Authorization Number and return form to include with your shipment back to us. Lindita’s Salsa will not accept any returns without an RA#.

Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and either repair, replace, or credit the item. Please ensure that you handle all issues pertaining to manufacture defects for your customers as it is much simpler (and better customer service) for us to deal directly with you as opposed to each customer individually.

ONLINE SALE AND DISTRIBUTION: Lindita’s Salsa does not permit the sale of  Lindita’s Salsa merchandise on the Internet or in any digital fashion under any circumstances. A partner violating this policy will be subject to termination.

USE OF LINDITA’S SALSA LOGO: Lindita’s Salsa will provide guidelines for the use of the Lindita’s Salsa  logo. A partner violating the guidelines will be reviewed by Lindita’ss Salsa and is subject to termination.
