Mamasita’s Lindita’s Spanish Rice

1  cup long grain rice

1/4 cup chopped onion

1   clove garlic, minced or use Molcajete

1   cup chopped tomato

2  cubes chicken bouillon

3-4 cups of hot water

1  cup of Linditas’ Mild Salsa (optional)

1  table spoon fresh cilantro


In a large skillet brown rice, slowly add 3 cups of water with bouillon. Add the remaining ingredients, stir slowly. Bring to a quick boil then reduce over low heat for 20 minutes. Add additional water mixture if needed. Crack lid to complete the cooking ~
